Daily: $40 per night. Weekly: $150 per week. Monthly: $450 per month, with a $350 move-in special for your first month. Every rate includes the same full hookups — 30/50-amp electric, city water, sewer, and free high-speed WiFi — on all 100+ sites. Pets stay free.

Staying 4+ Nights? The Weekly Rate Wins

At $40/night, four nights costs $160 — more than a full week at $150. So if you're staying four nights or longer, book the weekly rate and get the extra days free. This is the best option for visitors spending a long weekend at Monahans Sandhills State Park or passing through on a slower I-20 road trip.

Staying 3+ Weeks? Go Monthly

Three weeks at the weekly rate is $450 — exactly the monthly price. Anything longer than three weeks, the monthly rate is the clear winner, and your first month is just $350 with the move-in special. That works out to under $15 a night. Most of our monthly guests are oilfield and wind-energy workers on Permian Basin assignments who want a predictable bill and a manager on site to accept mail and packages.
