If you're hauling your rig along Interstate 20 through West Texas, you know the stretch between Fort Worth and El Paso is long, hot, and short on good places to stop. Monahans sits right on I-20 between Midland/Odessa and Pecos — and Sealy Street RV Park is just minutes off the highway, inside city limits, with everything you need for a painless overnight stay.

Why Overnight RVers Stop at Sealy Street

Pull-through sites mean you don't have to unhook. Pull in, plug in, and pull out in the morning. Every one of our 100+ sites has full hookups: 30/50-amp electric, city water, sewer, and free high-speed WiFi. The nightly rate is $40, and our on-site manager lives at the park — so if you roll in late or have an issue at 10pm, there's a real person here to help.

Everything You Need Within a Few Minutes

Because we're in town rather than out on a frontage road, restaurants, fuel, and groceries are all a short drive away — and there's a laundromat right across the street if you need to catch up on a wash. If you have an extra half-day, Monahans Sandhills State Park and its famous sand dunes are about five minutes from the park.

Staying Longer Than a Night?

Plenty of travelers plan one night and stay a week. Our weekly rate is $150 and monthly sites are $450 with a $350 move-in special — see our RV site rates for details. We're pet-friendly, too.

Reserve Your Overnight Spot

You can book a reservation online in a couple of minutes, or call us at (432) 943-2077. We're at 812 E Sealy Ave, Monahans, TX 79756 — safe travels on I-20, and we'll leave a spot open for you.
